July 23, 2023I do not often post reviews, but I have been so impressed with Priority Pumping. I have never lived on septic, and I found Priority Pumpingβs YouTube channel when I... read more was looking to understand the ADEQ form. Tanya (the owner) provides an excellent and through overview of the ADEQ form. I never thought I would spend 45 mins watching a video about the ADEQ form, but I learned so much and I am so grateful for the time Tanya puts into educating consumers about septic systems, proper maintenance, and Arizonaβs regulations & forms. After watching the video, I called to see if Priority Pumping services the area of a home Iβm considering purchasing in Arizona. Ashley answered the phone, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, Priority Pumping does not service the area I would need (this was my first question), but Ashley was still happy to answer my questions and offered to send me their 411 Guide to Septic Systems. It is clear that Tanya goes above and beyond to make sure all her employees are knowledgeable (independent of the employees role at the company). While I cannot speak to receiving their services, I am confident that Priority Pumping would do an excellent job with how Tanya runs her business and the high standards and knowledge of her employees.

June 4, 2023This was my first time calling in for a service relating to a septic system, so I was not sure what to expect. Yet from the initial email chain and... read more estimate for the cleanout riser installation I wanted to have done, everyone was polite and professional. When they came to do the installation, they let me watch and explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me pointers on how best to maintain the system. They even cleaned the trap for me even though I wasn't getting a cleaning done (the house is just over a year old). When I do need a cleaning, I'll surely call them back!

May 4, 2023We recently used Priority Pumping for the inspection of our septic system as required for resale of our home. The technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. Not only... read more did they show up in the expected time frame and perform their duties in a workman-like manner, but they provided explanation, education, and updates. Who knew there was so much to know about septic systems? When it was discovered that a filter was missing, Keith went out of his way to find one and explained its importance for the proper functioning of the system. I highly recommend this company for your septic system needs.

Commonly Asked Questions About Your Service
How Do You Pump My Septic Tank?
Septic tanks should NEVER be pumped from the inspection port. We WILL have to dig down to the tank lids if you do not have a riser lid like the one pictured on the left. The proper opening is 18″ – 24″ in diameter, not a 4″-8″ port. For more info check out this guide.
How Much Is A New Septic System?
There are many facets of pricing out a new septic system, so giving a “ballpark price” is not something that we do at Priority Pumping. We must consider soil testing, system design, bedroom/fixture count, address and space. We would love to walk you through the process, so give us a call.
