I would give more than five stars if it were an option. I called on a Monday morning for a routine pumping service for my septic tank. The receptionist is so polite and helpful. She assigned Issac the technician to come right out. I called at 9:00 am and he arrived promptly at 11:00. Once Issac dug down to my system he called me outside to show me that the top of our port had been damaged from a previous service. He quoted me what seemed to be a reasonable price for a new sleeve and port cover and actually fixed it while pumping my system. I loved the convenience of not having to schedule another appointment for the repair. Issac was super polite and respectful of my property. I will definitely keep their number for next time I need service. Great job!

My septic backed up… and let’s just say, it was literally a pretty crappy situation. On top of that, I’m currently between jobs and doing everything I can just to stay afloat, so this couldn’t have happened at a worse time. From the very first call, the communication was excellent. They were honest, transparent, and walked me through the good, the bad, and the ugly, which I really appreciated.

When Justin and Scott arrived, they showed up with great attitudes, professionalism, and just genuinely kind energy. You can tell right away when people care, and they really do. Justin jumped right in, located the septic like a pro, and made something that felt overwhelming seem simple.

The hard part came when we realized there was more going on than expected. I’ll be honest, I got overwhelmed. I even went inside for a moment just to collect myself and figure out what I was going to do. That’s when these guys went above and beyond. They called their office, explained my situation, and worked with me so I could still get what needed to be done at a fair and honest price.

And just to be clear, I paid for the service and they absolutely earned every bit of it. What they did for me was real, professional work. But the way they treated me, with compassion and understanding during a tough moment, is what truly stood out.

When they told me they were going to take care of me, I honestly got emotional. In a time where I’ve been feeling stretched thin and just trying to keep pushing forward, their kindness meant more than I can even put into words.

The eggs from my chickens and the two bottles of Marilyn Monroe wine I gave them were simply my way of saying thank you. They never asked for anything extra, and they certainly didn’t expect it. I just wanted to give something meaningful back because of how much they helped me.

Justin and Scott didn’t just fix my septic, they truly helped me during a tough moment in my life. HomeField East Valley is lucky to have them, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Yes, it was pricey, but the job required machinery, new pipes, and lots of hard labor. We know that the job was done right and we have years of reliability due to their expertise. We highly recommend this company.

We are new to septic and had a back up. In a panic not knowing what to do, we reached out to these great folks who dispatched Cody immediately. Turns out there is a filter that should be cleaned every 6 months and ours was clogged! Cody cleaned the filter and the clogged line that resulted from the clogged filter and had us back in business. Also provided us with lots of great educational info so we can do better, because no one wants septic issues!!! 1000% recommend this company! Quick to respond, very knowledgeable and Twyla (who took my call) was so incredibly helpful.

We have used this company a couple of times and haven’t been disappointed. We just had them inspect our septic system for the sale of our house.
